Where the money comes from
We agree on what we will buy and the price you set.
They redeem the prepaid item at your shop.
When the verified slip prints from your internet-connected printer, that sale is your revenue.
You do not fund the reward or discount your menu. We are simply a customer buying from your shop at an agreed price.
What it costs you
The accelerator
Your internet-connected printer has an extra button. Press it after a sale and it prints an accelerator slip with a QR code. The customer scans it, and we fund a bigger reward — paid to you when they come back.

Merchant FAQ
PerkRevenue is a redemption platform for PerkWallets. PerkWallet holders already hold rewards — staff benefits from their employer, club and event prizes, sponsor giveaways, or reward they've earned from us. They need somewhere to turn those into something real. Your shop is one of those places.
You supply the item. We handle the rest: who gets a reward, which one, when it expires, and who answers their questions. When a member redeems, a docket prints in your shop, your staff hand the item over, and we pay you for it.
No. There is no discount, campaign period or poster. The reward is already paid for.
Your menu price never changes. Customers are collecting something someone else has already bought for them. And there's no start or end date. Once you're on the network, members keep arriving.
Nothing. The printer is free, the rewards are funded by us, there's no contract, and you can stop at any time.
We agree a unit price with you for each redeemable item. As with any bulk supply arrangement we'll want some room on that price — that's a normal commercial conversation between us. But you never discount to your customers. They see an item they can collect.
Every redemption is recorded in your Merchant Portal instantly, so there's nothing to reconcile with us.
Once you log in, you can choose how you'd like to receive your funds:
Automatic Payouts — set a minimum balance, and funds will be automatically paid to your nominated bank account once that amount is reached.
Manual Withdrawals — withdraw your available balance at any time directly from the Portal.
Alternatively, you can choose to convert some or all of your earnings into gift card credits. These can then be used to reward employees and may provide a more tax-effective way to offer staff incentives, subject to applicable tax and FBT rules.
Hand over the item. That's the whole job.
The member taps Redeem on their phone. Our server confirms they hold the reward and that it's valid right now. If it is, a docket prints in your shop with the item and the member's nickname on it — "Johnny, 1 flat white" — so staff know who it's for. No ID checks, no looking at phone screens, no calling us.
A docket can only come from our server; nothing outside it can make the printer print. If nothing has printed, the redemption hasn't happened. Staff don't need to judge or explain — just ask the customer to contact us.
A small thermal printer, roughly 14cm in each direction. We supply it free.
It plugs into a power point and joins your Wi-Fi after a quick one-off setup. It doesn't connect to your POS or anything else. Put it wherever suits you — it doesn't have to sit on the counter.
Leave it switched on. It uses very little power, and it needs to be on to receive redemptions.
Yes. Tell us what you need and we'll work out the right setup together. If you'd rather not have reward items going out at your busiest time, we can restrict those rewards to off-peak.
The system enforces it, not your staff. Outside the window the button simply doesn't work and nothing prints. Nobody has to watch the clock or turn a customer away.
Conditions are reflected in the unit price — the tighter the restriction, the lower the price; the more open, the higher.
Perk Slips are optional. Everything above works without them.
A Perk Slip is a small QR docket you give a customer after they've paid. There's a button on the printer: press it, the slip prints and cuts itself. No POS link, no amount to key in. You can print several at a time onto a tray and hand them out as you go.
Scanning gives the customer extra perks and rewards — a stamp card for your shop, a draw entry, or a voucher to come back with. If they're not a member yet, they become one in their phone browser. No app.
That's what makes slips an accelerator: they bring your own customers into the network as members who come back and redeem with you. A few issuing rules apply — a real paid transaction, one slip per transaction, never given away for free — and within those, when and to whom is up to you.
No. Yours keeps running exactly as it does now; this sits on top of it at no cost to you. On the same visit a customer can collect your stamp and a PerkWallet reward.
Note that any stamp card issued through a Perk Slip is a PerkWallet stamp card, not yours. The card lives in the customer's wallet, we set the rules and we fund the reward. You don't print cards, stamp anything or track anyone's progress.
It's ours, not yours. Every reward is issued and funded by PerkWallet, and the slip says so. Expiry dates, points that look wrong, something that won't redeem — all of it comes to us.
Any time, from either side. There's no lock-in.
New rewards for your shop stop immediately. Anything already issued but not yet redeemed is our liability, so you don't have to honour anything after you stop. That includes part-filled stamp cards.
Your accrued Portal balance is unaffected and can still be withdrawn.
